Brave. My word for 2020. I talked about this in my Instagram stories recently, but I want a more permanent place to look back and remember as January comes to a close.

When we first moved to Chicago one of the biggest adjustments for me was figuring out public transportation… by myself. Now, I’m on this platform everyday waiting for the metra with a little more courage.

I want to reflect on 2020 as the year when I was more intentional about choosing to be brave in new situations. Here’s to blooming + growing in bravery!
