It’s no secret I love white teeth. After all, I am in dental hygiene school and learning everything there is to know about pearly whites! I was so excited when Smile Brilliant reached out to me to see if I wanted to try their in house whitening trays. I’ve done crest whitening strips in the past as well as a ZOOM treatment at my dentist, but neither one compares to the results I achieved using these trays.

Thankfully the process is simple and doesn’t require going to the dentist to get custom trays made (major plus!). All you have to do is mix the blue and white impression paste together to create a putty type material, put it into an upper or lower impression (you will want to prep one at a time rather than both at the same time – the impression material sets quickly) and then put the tray in your mouth waiting 2 minutes to create the mold. I had my phone handy to time myself.

Once you’ve created the impression for both your upper and lower teeth, you fill out the card that comes in the kit and mail them in the pre-labeled envelope. I received my trays within a week!
