For me, my bridesmaids are the girls who keep me accountable to the vows I make before the Lord and to my husband forever. They’re the girls who have been a part of our love story – the good, the bad, the laughs and tears. I know that every single one of them would give me truth when I need to hear it, encourage me and pray for me as I learn to love + respect my husband.

With that said, I knew I wanted to honor them with a special luncheon the day before the wedding. The same family friend who threw my graduation tea from high school at Mariposa at Neiman Marcus offered to host my bridesmaids luncheon, too! We decided to bring it full circle and do a brunch at the darling and oh so chic room on the third floor of Neiman’s Willowbend.

Each of my bridesmaids, or bride-BABES, as I liked to call them (because they are BEAutiful!) got a floral robe and a box with pearl studs to wear for the wedding.

I came across Artifact Uprising and loved their simple photo albums. I custom ordered one to use as our guest book for the brunch and at the wedding. It now sits on our coffee table as a special reminder of prayers, encouraging words, and some of our favorite photos throughout our engagement. I can’t wait to make one of our wedding photos!

Both of my grandmothers were able to attend as well as Chas’ which was so special and meant a lot to me!
