This past weekend my family headed out to the country to visit my grandparents. We had so much fun getting to see them, catching up, and feasting on my Nana’s delicious homemade meals. I pulled out my favorite gingham dress (do you remember from this post? I recently had it hemmed so I could get more wear out of it amidst the Texas heat!) wide-brim hat, and white loafers for a day full of good times.

With July 4th just being a week away (cue the fireworks!) I thought this would be a fun option or give you a little outfit inspiration for the 4th! I’m not sure what we have planned this year, but I do know my little sister comes home from being a camp counselor the first half of summer, and I can hardly wait to see her!
