 One piece every girl should have in their closet is a blazer. Black, white, or patterned it is a classic staple. Whether you’re heading to an interview or curating your work wardrobe, a blazer is a timeless piece that will always be in style. They are also very versatile and great for layering over a cami, shell, blouse, or button down.

I kept things a little more casual by pairing the blazer with distressed denim shorts (this pair of denim shorts and these boyfriend shorts are both similar and under $50). I love the idea of these wide leg pants for a more work appropriate look.
