September is one of my favorite months because it’s the start of crisp colors and cooler weather. This midi skirt caught my eye as soon as I saw it. The bow belt and pretty pleats add a feminine touch that further compliments the elegant length. Along with navy, red is another color we will be seeing a lot this season. I’m always up for a fashion challenge. This top is actually a dress that was too short, but I loved the cut so I turned it into a blouse!
