Save the Dates: Marry Me In Spring Engagement Photo: Cottonwood Road Photography (see more here)

A few weeks after Chas and I got engaged, I stumbled upon Marry Me In Spring. Catherine, the incredibly talented illustrator creates custom illustrations that are special and unique. I fell in love with her delicate designs and immediately knew she would be the perfect fit for our save the dates.

Out of all the wedding planning, Chas only had one request: that we be married in a church. The chapel of the church we both grew up attending is beautiful and holds a special place in our hearts so it was only fitting that we make a covenant before the Lord there!

I sent Catherine a picture of the chapel in hopes that she could recreate it in a watercolor illustration. We were blown away. From the beautiful blooming crepe myrtle trees to the intricate details of the stained glass window, she did such a beautiful job. I’m already planning on framing it for our future home!
