Hello, friends! As I sit here writing this I can’t help but dream about the endless turquoise waters and smooth beachy sands of Cabo San Lucas.  I am so grateful for the wonderful week relaxing with three of my favorite people on this planet. Here is a little recap of our perfect week beachside!

 My sister is quite the trip advisor. She found this amazing place back in December and we quickly booked our stay at the luxurious Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort and boy I can’t wait to go back! From the beautiful views off the infinity pool to the sweet serving staff our trip was one for the books!

After getting advice from several Cabo veterans, it was an obvious must that we make our way to The Office (located right on the beach) for breakfast. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint. The bright colored atmosphere draws you in and the yummy food makes you stay! The pineapple bowl filled with crisp colors of fresh fruit was delightful and the banana hot cakes were scrumptious.

One thing we all agreed on was taking a boat ride to see the famous Cabo “arch.” We loved it! We saw sea lions, schools of fish, and amazing views of the town. 

One of our favorite stops was at Billigan’s Beach Club (right next door to The Office). I had heard about their pineapple drinks with crazy faces added to them. Not only were they filled with personality, but they tasted incredible! Definitely my new favorite way to drink a strawberry smoothie. 

 Every day when we came back to our hotel there was always a fun animal awaiting our arrival. One afternoon our sweet friend, George (aka “George of the Jungle”) invited us to come learn how to fold towels into those cute little animals (he called it “towel origami”) it’s actually harder than it looks!
