Off the shoulder has proven to be one of the biggest trends for the summer. From tops to dresses the options are endless and seem to be a lot of what major retailers are carrying lately. My favorite part about this particular off the shoulder blouse is that the top has a little more of an elastic lining that keeps the top in place, not to mention the darling ruffle detailing.
